Cluster Care
Cluster Care is our specialized service catering to eligible Medicaid residents seeking in-home care services. Our dedicated team is trained to provide assistance with personal care and household tasks, such as showering, meal preparation, and cleaning, ensuring that those with complex needs receive the attention, comfort, and support necessary to enhance their overall well-being. This service is ideal for clients who do not want full shifts, but rather, only 1-2 hours of help daily.

Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Program
With the Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Program, those covered by Medicaid have the freedom to choose their own caregivers, even if they are friends or family members. Certification is not required for these caregivers. We simplify the process by helping you enroll them and ensuring they are compensated on an hourly basis, giving you greater control over your care and who provides it.
